This quarter, we’re riding the wave.

Things are still far from perfect right now, but resilience is the name of the game.

The next few months at Agency Hackers are all about adapting to circumstances, as well as seizing the opportunity to have a rethink or reprioritise what’s right for your business, right now. It’s also a time for more savvy and shrewd decisions.

We have three tracks of content for you this month: finding the right balance, weathering the storm, and smart investment. We also have our usual monthly masterminds, on everything from cashflow forecasting and tenders, to slow clients, Gen Z team members, and supporting neurodiversity in the workplace.

These are just some of the things we’ll be exploring in this quarter’s content.

You can now see the next three months’ worth of Agency Hackers content in advance, by checking our rolling online events pagesubscribing to our events calendar, or instead clicking on the individual listings for April, May and June.

As always, our quarterly content is usually split across three themes, or ‘tracks’ as we like to call them:

tRACK 1: FINDING THE
RIGHT BALANCE

It’s an age-old question: how can you find the perfect balance for your agency? Does it even exist? We’ll be ruminating on this, and helping you figure out how to get it ‘just right’.

Is over-servicing actually such a bad thing? Or is it something we should steer clear of? Come along and debate this conundrum.

We’ll also be hearing from Katy Howell, MD of Immediate Future, how they win new biz by repurposing client content.

Brave Bison‘s Matt Garbutt will be helping us work out how AI will and is already changing the way agencies recruit, and we’re also shining a light on how agencies can best support neurodiversity.

tRACK 2: WEATHERING
THE STORM

There are always bumps in the road along the way, but here at Agency Hackers, we’re all about pushing through and making it to the other side.

We’ll be hearing from Mark Alford, who was forced to take a step back from his agency – and it ended up being the best thing for it.

Louise Palmer also had to make herself dispensable at Wildfire after being put on the transplant list. She’ll be telling us how it empowered her team.

We’re also asking a lot of questions this quarter. Should you be charging for pitching these days? How can you protect your creative process when trying to win new biz? And just why are clients so slow right now?

tRACK 3: SMART INVESTMENT

Smart investment is the name of the game when it comes to growing and thriving as a business.

And investment can come in many forms. For some, it’s the advancement of AI. We’ll be hearing from Chris Branch on the ways you can use AI to your advantage, and Simon Douglass will be sharing how he’s using it effectively for new biz.

For others, it’s more than just tech.

You might be looking to invest more in your agency’s purpose, like Heather Murray, or make the most of agency partnerships. Perhaps you’re even looking for your agency’s future leaders? We’re covering it all.
