Our core team is growing and evolving as we maintain our model of bringing in expert partners from our network to help deliver projects.

Adam Errington

Perfect Storm was founded as a challenger agency in 2016 by Adam Errington and Dave Nutter. Adam said: “These important appointments are a sign of our growth as an agency as we move to the next stage of our development. Our core team is growing and evolving as we maintain our model of bringing in expert partners from our network to help deliver projects.

“Clients continue to see the benefit as they always work with tailored and experienced teams, whilst getting a better return on investment. We’re delighted to welcome Gen, Joe, Charlotte and Sophie to the team and we’re sure they’ll help us achieve even greater things as we look towards 2024.”

On her appointment, Gen Larkin added: “Perfect Storm caught my eye because of its unique model. The ‘standard’ way in which most agencies operate is no longer fully meeting the needs of either clients’ or talent. As the team grows I want to focus on making processes as polished as possible for both employees and the freelancers we work with.

“It’s important to ensure the best talent is always on our radar and that they can see the clear benefits of working with the Perfect Storm team.”
