Your chance to celebrate agency operations leaders ⚙️
Congratulations to everyone who made our Operations Index Top 50 List!
The Great Agencies Operations Leaders Top 50 celebrates the agency
leaders (and their teams) who are improving, overhauling or rethinking how their
agency operates. In this years nominations, our Judge Ryan McNamara spotted some interesting themes! Here are the higlights:
- Operators need to be empathetic, people-oriented, and involved in performance development.
- Focusing on performance culture and financial improvements yields amazing results.
- Collaboration between Ops and Sales is key to driving profitability.
- Automation, especially in client and staff onboarding, is showing promising results.
Make sure you are attending Clockwork on the 11th June to find out more!
We’re celebrating and recognising the Top 50 agency operations people who are having an impact on their businesses.
Your judge – Ryan McNamara, Head of Operations at Rise at Seven
For every nomination, we’ll donate £5 to Ryan’s chosen charity – Keeping Digital Foundation
The Great Agencies Operations Leaders Top 50 will be judged by Ryan McNamara, the Head of Operations at Rise at Seven.
Ryan leads and optimise all aspects of Rise at Seven’s business operations, ensuring a high level of product quality for our clients and maximising our profit margins.
For the first 300 nominations we’ll be donating £5 to a charity of the judge’s choice.
We asked Ryan to name a charity that’s important to him. He chose Keeping Digital Foundation, a Yorkshire based Charity that focuses on providing digital inclusion support and digital making activities to the region – and was set up by an ex-Riser.
Says Ryan: “As a digital agency we take access to the internet for granted, yet over 1 in 20 UK households have no access to the internet, which stops them from accessing vital services such as the NHS app, education services and stopping them from having access to certain jobs. What I really like about the Keeping Digital Foundation (apart from it being set up by an ex-Riser) is that they support residents by pairing them up with free data so they can get online, and work to build their digital confidence, combat loneliness, and access vital support.”
