We’re looking to celebrate agency operations leaders who are having an impact on how their agency works.

The past four years have made agencies look hard at their business: specifically, what they’re putting in vs what they’re getting out. And right across agencyland, it’s operations folks who are leading the transformation.

The Great Agencies Operations Leaders Top 50 celebrates the agency leaders (and their teams) who are improving, overhauling or rethinking how their agency operates.

  • You can nominate yourself, or somebody you know.
  • We’re looking for agency leaders and their teams who have taken bold, interesting or strategic steps in agency operations
  • The Operations Leaders Top 50 is compiled from your nominations and selected by an industry judge.

Nominations are free – and for a limited time we’re donating £5 for each entry to charity, so get nominating!

The deadline for nominations is 10th May 2024 – so get nominating!

We’re looking to celebrate and recognise agency operations people who are having an impact on their businesses. Nominate now!

Your judge – Ryan McNamara, Head of Operations at Rise at Seven

For every nomination, we’ll donate £5 to Ryan’s chosen charity – Keeping Digital Foundation

The Great Agencies Operations Leaders Top 50 will be judged by Ryan McNamara, the Head of Operations at Rise at Seven.

Ryan leads and optimise all aspects of Rise at Seven’s business operations, ensuring a high level of product quality for our clients and maximising our profit margins.

For the first 300 nominations we’ll be donating £5 to a charity of the judge’s choice.

We asked Ryan to name a charity that’s important to him. He chose Keeping Digital Foundation, a Yorkshire based Charity that focuses on providing digital inclusion support and digital making activities to the region – and was set up by an ex-Riser.

Says Ryan: “As a digital agency we take access to the internet for granted, yet over 1 in 20 UK households have no access to the internet, which stops them from accessing vital services such as the NHS app, education services and stopping them from having access to certain jobs. What I really like about the Keeping Digital Foundation (apart from it being set up by an ex-Riser) is that they support residents by pairing them up with free data so they can get online, and work to build their digital confidence, combat loneliness, and access vital support.”
