AI WHISPERERS: How Can Agencies Harness AI Avatars?
â° 11am, Tuesday 2nd July 2024
- What is a digital avatar? And how can agencies use them? âItâs basically a digital me,â explains Heather Murray, founder of AI For Non-Techies. âYou film a bit of video, talk to your camera⊠and after that minute-long video, it trains an avatar of you.â
- These avatars can say anything you tell them to â even in foreign languages, offering personalised communication to potential clients.
- In this AI Whisperers session, Heather will be showing us how we can harness the power of AI avatars, and even give us a live demo of these tools.

CLIENT SERVICES MASTERMIND: What Are Your Clients Thinking?
â° 11am, Tuesday 9th July 2024
- You donât know what your clients think. You might have an idea, an iota of an understanding, but ultimately, without communicating with them or doing any research, you wonât ever truly know.
- Thatâs why Jonathan Kirk, founder of Up to the Light, has compiled the 10th-anniversary edition of their âWhat Clients Thinkâ report.
- Join us for our next client services mastermind, where Jonathan will be taking a deep dive into what your clients actually think, and why some of them are choosing to go in house rather than be with you.
HR & PEOPLE MASTERMIND: “How We Simplified Performance Management”
â° 11am, Weds 10th July 2024
- Agencies are obsessed with innovation and change. Their obsession, however, can often lead to overcomplications. At least, it did for Sian Eddy, head of operations at Modern.
- One of the problems they faced at Modern was around performance management. Their staff were engaged, but that didnât necessarily translate to performance. Enter their home-brewed performance management framework: Performance at Modern (Pam, for short).
- In this session, Sian will delve into how Modernâs new performance management framework has changed things for the better and set their team and business along the right path â could it work for you as well?
OPERATIONS MASTERMIND: Speed Networking
â° 2pm, Tuesday 16th July 2024
- Agency networking is a bit like buying a TV licence: everyone knows you should probably do it, but it still feels like the resource is better spent elsewhere.
- Weâve been offering speed networking across our membership for a while now, but we wanted to give you a chance, especially as operations people, to share and compare, and to feel less alone in a role that is an integral cog of the wider machine.
- During the hour session, there will be several breakouts. â each lasting around 6-7 minutes. By the end of the speed networking hour, you should come away with a few new meaningful connections each. All you have to do is sign up, and weâll handle the rest.
âHow We Grew Our Agency in the USâ
â° 11am, Wednesday 17th July 2024
- In 2011, George Meressa, CEO and founder of Clear Ads, came across an opportunity. After running only Google Ads for a year, a friend alerted him to the lack of competition in the Amazon PPC space. âThey told me there were no agencies taking Amazon PPC seriously,â explains George. âSo we set up a landing page, and within a day we got a stupid amount of enquiries.â
- Theyâd timed it perfectly, and quickly found themselves in a partnership with one of the leading SAAS companies in the US. From there on out, George went to every US event he possibly could and made his agency known.
- If youâre interested in growing your agency in the US and want to hear more about Georgeâs journey and the strategies he used to succeed, make sure to join our online event where heâll share his insights and experiences in more depth.
MARKETING & NEW BIZ MASTERMIND: How Can You Win Work Without Pitching?
â° 11am, Tuesday 23rd July 2024
- Itâs no secret that pitching is a headache for most, if not all, agencies. But what if there was a way to circumvent the entire process altogether? Thatâs what Aaron Hutchinson did. In 2017, Aaron discovered Win Without Pitching.
- Originally a book written by Blair Enns, the WWP is now a fully-fledged sales training company for creative firms â designed to shift the power dynamic between agencies and their clients.
- Aaron will be sharing his experience in applying the Win Without Pitching framework, how it helped his agency grow, lifted team morale, and how it could do the same for you too.
AI WHISPERERS: How Can You Navigate the Legal Side of AI?
â° 11am, Thursday 25th July 2024
- Itâs all about working smarter, not harder. Thatâs the appeal when it comes to all the AI advancements weâve been able to access so far. But what about when you drill down into the legality of it all?
- In this monthâs AI Whisperers, weâll be chatting to Sacha Wilson, partner at Harbottle & Lewis about the legal side of AI, including how to approach clear communication around AI with clients, legal training and awareness is important, the clauses that should go into your legal documents, and how to address privacy concerns.
- Join us for a deep dive into the legal landscape of AI, and how to approach what is quite the minefield in todayâs modern world. Make sure to come along with questions!
Why Is Amazon So Important for Agencies?
â° 11am, Thursday 31st July 2024
- Retail media is the tsunami thatâs coming. By 2025, it is predicted to be bigger than TV advertising, with significantly more powerful data than the usual methods â because it reflects actual buying power.
- With Amazon being a complex, yet large player, it is key that agencies utilise it sooner rather than later. âWeb design agencies, PPC agencies, CRO agencies, and others must start developing deep skills in Amazon, much like they did with Google and Facebook over the past two decades,â warns Rupert Staines, CEO of Vector Retail Media. âIf your competitors are getting Amazon right and youâre not, then you canât compete.â
- Join us for this informative session on Amazon, which will help you understand why itâs important â and how you can jump on the bandwagon before it’s too late.
