Growing an agency can be a lonely quest. We’re looking to celebrate agency leaders who have committed themselves to growth – despite the ups and downs of agency life.
The Great Agencies Growth Index Top 50 celebrates 50 agency leaders (and their teams) who are on a journey to grow their business. We want to recognise and celebrate people who are blazing a trail – so other people can learn from their success.

The Great Agencies Growth Index will be judged by Kate Ross, Co-Founder at eight&four – agency owner and regular speaker at Agency Hackers.
The eight&four Group offers services from a team of 120+ experts to provide their clients with a social/creative partner. Over the last 15 years they’ve become the global/UK market social partner for a diverse range of clients including Sandals, Hyundai and SeaWorld.
They have also grown their awards list; a European Agency Awards Finalist in 2023 and have featured in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for the last five years running. 2023 saw another record breaking growth year, with income of £12m+, and margins of 30%+. With agency growth at 25%+ year on year for four years in a row, Kate is expertly placed to judge our Industry Growth nominations.
For the first 300 nominations we’ll be donating £5 to a charity of the judge’s choice.
