Neverland Appoints New Head of Design

Neverland have hired Simon Dilks as their new head of design.

He has joined the agency to head up the agency’s design studio which works across both their creative and brand projects.

Simon was previously Deputy Head of Design at AMV BBDO where he worked on clients including Guinness, Pepsi and Decathlon, joins Neverland at a moment of rapid growth for the agency. The agency’s headcount grew by 50% across 2023 following wins on clients including Rightmove and Innocent, and most recently Which?

Simon will be reporting Neverland joint ECDs Andy Clough & Rich McGann who joined the agency earlier in the year, and will be working closely with agency Co-Founder and brand strategy lead Simon Massey to expand the agency’s brand design remit with current and new clients.
