krow Group Bolsters Leadership Team with Four Senior Promotions

krow Group has announced a series of internal promotions to further strengthen the leadership team.

The upcoming talent at the full-service creative communications agency, and their new roles include:

  • Harman Randhawa, Deputy Managing Director
  • Kirstin Wilson, Client Services Director
  • Billie Bogg, Traffic and Resource Director
  • Emma Christmas, Head of Account Management

Kirstin Wilson, formerly Group Account Director has been promoted to Client Services Director to drive business growth with new and existing clients. Kirstin will also work closely with the team to continue delivering strategic and creative work.

Harman Randhawa has been appointed to Deputy Managing Director from Client Services Director. Harman will deliver a clear vision for the agency as well as continuing to focus on producing authentic, insight-driven and meaningful work.

  • Since starting her journey at krow as an Account Executive 11 years ago, Billie Bogg has been promoted to Traffic and Resource Director from Traffic and Production Manager. Billie will work closely with the recently appointed Executive Creative Directors to ensure creative work remains of high quality.

Emma Christmas has been promoted to Head of Account Management leading on clients including Toolstation, California Psychics and Unison and will be responsible for ensuring excellent client service, strategic client growth and business leadership.

These promotions come at a significant time of growth for krow Group.
