The path of a female founder is filled with unique challenges. 

You not only have a business to keep afloat – with a workforce all looking to you for their next meal – but you must also traipse through the trials and tribulations of living as a woman in the 21st century. 

Prejudice, pay gaps, and underrepresentation. It all gets pretty tiring.

Some take it in their stride – propping the door open for others once they’ve got their foot in. But just because you’ve got a seat at the table doesn’t mean you’re listened to. And even if you run the company, that doesn’t mean everything becomes immediately easier. 

With this in mind, we’re returning this quarter to give you a dedicated space to discuss your challenges with a group of people who truly understand.

For the newcomers, this session isn’t structured like most of our events – instead, it’s an open forum, where you can share your challenges, give advice, and generally lean on each other for support.

(It also won’t be uploaded to the members’ area, so you can speak as freely as you like with like-minded peers.)
