Terms and Conditions for Conference Attendance

  1. Introduction
    • These terms and conditions apply to all attendees of Agency Hackers conferences.
    • By registering for the conference, attendees agree to these terms.
  2. Registration and Payment
    • Attendees must register in advance and pay any applicable fees.
    • Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
    • All payments must be made in GBP (British Pounds).
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference organisers.
    • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference start date will receive a 100% refund.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 60 days before the conference.
  4. Program Changes
    • The conference organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program.
    • No refunds will be given due to program changes.
  5. Liability
    • The conference organisers are not responsible for personal injury, or loss or damage of private property.
    • Attendees participate in the conference at their own risk.
  6. Conduct
    • Attendees must behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
    • The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who breaches this policy without a refund.
  7. Data Protection
    • Personal data provided during registration will be used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.
    • Attendees agree to the use of their data for the purposes of conference organisation and follow-up.

  8. Intellectual Property
    • All intellectual property rights in conference materials belong to the organisers or presenters.
    • Attendees may not use or reproduce such materials without permission.
  9. Photography and Recording
    • Photographs, video and/or audio recordings may be taken during the conference.
    • Attendees consent to their image and voice being used in promotional materials by the organisers.
  10. Force Majeure
    • The organisers are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disaster, strike, terrorism).
    • In the event the conference is not able to do ahead due to circumstances out of our control, the event will be rescheduled.
  11. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the United Kingdom.
