Great Agencies Operations Leaders Top 50 Supporting Digital Charity Through Nominations

Agency Hackers will donate £5 to charity for the first 300 nominations

Nominations for the Great Agencies Operations Leaders Top 50 are now open.

And this time round all money raised from the first 300 nominations will be going to the Keeping Digital Foundation, selected by Top 50 judge, Rise at Seven’s Head of Operations, Ryan McNamara.

Agency Hackers started the Great Agencies Top 50 Index earlier this year, with the aim to celebrate the best of the best in the industry. Taking place every quarter of the year, the index changes themes each time to ensure every member of the agency team has the opportunity for celebration.

Operations Leaders are the focus for this months Top 50.

For the past four years agencies have been looking at their business in new ways: specifically, what they’re putting in vs what they’re getting out. And right across agencyland, it’s operations folks who are leading the transformation.

So if you know an agency operations leader that deserves recognition, or you have been working hard to have an impact on your team, you can send in your nominations now.

  • You can nominate yourself, or somebody you know
  • We’re looking for agency leaders and their teams who have taken bold, interesting or strategic steps in agency operations
  • The Operations Leaders Top 50 is compiled from your nominations and selected by an industry judge

Ryan McNamara, Head of Operations, Rise at Seven, will be judging the nominations later this month and picking out his favourites to join the list.

Ryan leads and optimise all aspects of Rise at Seven’s business operations, ensuring a high level of product quality for our clients and maximising our profit margins.

Not only will Ryan be judging the competition, he has also picked out the charity that Agency Hackers will be donating £5 for the first 300 entries to.

The Keeping Digital Foundation is a Yorkshire based Charity that focuses on providing digital inclusion support and digital making activities to the region – and was also set up by an ex-Riser.

Ryan shared: “As a digital agency we take access to the internet for granted, yet over 1 in 20 UK households have no access to the internet, which stops them from accessing vital services such as the NHS app, education services and stopping them from having access to certain jobs.

“What I really like about the Keeping Digital Foundation (apart from it being set up by an ex-Riser) is that they support residents by pairing them up with free data so they can get online, and work to build their digital confidence, combat loneliness, and access vital support.”

Our objective with the Operations Leaders Index is to recognise the unsung heroes in the world of agency operations

Ian Harris

Talking about why he wanted to support charities, whilst also celebrating agency leaders, Ian Harris, Founder and Director of Agency Hackers said: “Our objective with the Operations Leaders Index is to recognise the unsung heroes in the world of agency operations.

“We thought we’d include a charitable donation to a charity of the judge’s choice.

“We wanted to thank the judges for their time in helping us choose the most worthy winners, and helping us spread the word about the initiative.”

Nominations are free – and for a limited time we’re donating £5 for each entry to charity, so get nominating!
