The certification is globally recognised and No Brainer scored 95%

A Cheshire based search-driven content agency has been named one of the UK’s best workplaces.

No Brainer picked up the ‘Great Places to Work’ certification after recording an overall employee satisfaction rating of 95%. This rating puts the agency amongst the country’s best performing organisations for workplace culture and happiness.

Operating from its base in Warrington, No Brainer specialises Digital PR, SEO and Content, and currently employing a team of 17 people. The team has grown significantly in 2023 with four new additions and ambitious plans to invest further in people and culture in 2024 and beyond.

Michaela Leech, No Brainer’s People & Operations Director, said: “We are so happy to be officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, as the organisation is a global authority on workplace culture, wellbeing and happiness. It’s a huge achievement for us.

  • “This recognition is a testament to our relentless focus on making No Brainer a place where everyone in our team enjoys being and feels valued and empowered to do their best work.

“We’re a purpose-led company and our WIRED values guide everything we do, so it’s really pleasing to see ‘respect’, ‘support’ and ‘collaboration’ highlighted by our team as some of the top reasons they love working here. We’re  proud  of the culture we have created and continue to shape alongside our team and will continue working hard on the things making a real difference to them and to the people we hope will join us along the way.”

No Brainer has focused on a range of priorities in recent years, led by a dedicated Culture and Wellbeing steering group made up of people at every level of the company.

  • The agency earned the certification after recording some impressive results from the evaluation with areas such as Support (98%), Respect (97%), Collaboration (97%), Caring (97%), Fairness (97%) and competence (97%) all ranking highly.

Along with being granted the ‘Great Place to Work’ accreditation, No Brainer was also shortlisted in the coveted UK Company Culture Awards earlier this year in three categories: Best Working Environment, Best Team Culture and Best Agency to Work for (Small).
