M&C Saatchi Performance Strengthens Global Team with Key Senior Promotions

A number of changes have been made to the global leadership team

M&C Saatchi Performance, award-winning global performance marketing agency, has recently announced some key changes to its global leadership team.

The aim of the revamp is to help the agency to drive its growth and innovation even further. These promotions are aimed at strengthening M&C Saatchi Performance’s position as a leader in the performance marketing industry.

Guillaume Lelait – Chief Growth Officer 

  • Guillaume Lelait, has been promoted to the role of Chief Growth Officer. Guillaume has worked at M&C Saatchi Performance for 3 years, playing a pivotal role in driving new business growth in the U.S. region. In his expanded role, Guillaume will remain Managing Director for the U.S. region while taking a more active role in integrating sales and marketing teams internationally to further expand our global client portfolio. 

Talking about his new role, Guillaume said: “It is an honour to be tasked with supporting all our markets with Business Development and Sales best practices and developing a new agency marketing strategy at M&C Saatchi Performance. Our team alignment will be improved and we will be able to win more clients and drive continued success.”

Roshat Adnani – Managing Director APAC

  • Roshat Adnani, previously Managing Partner APAC, has been promoted to Managing Director APAC. With over 6 years tenure at M&C Saatchi Performance, Roshat has played a key role in the growth of the agency in the region. In his new role, Roshat will oversee the P&L for the entire APAC market and continue to steer global partnerships, already part of his previous mandate.

Roshat Adnani shared his excitement saying: “I witnessed in first person the growth of M&C Saatchi Performance in the APAC region. Since I first started in 2017, we have strongly established our presence across markets by serving some of the biggest and innovative brands in the region, setting-up a talented specialist team across all the spectrums of digital media, and a solid network of trusted partners to drive client success. It’s an honour to step into the role of Managing Director APAC – the market presents us with great opportunities and I can’t wait to lead our team to continue making an impact for our clients.

Lavinea Morris – Managing Director EMEA

  • Lavinea Morris, previously the Head of Planning EMEA, has been promoted to the role of Managing Director EMEA. With a track record of success since joining in 2017, Lavinea has played a key role in managing and growing key accounts in the EMEA region. In her new role, Lavinea will oversee the EMEA region, focusing on client retention and driving growth across new business whilst leading our team based in London. Lavinea will also be responsible for business growth in the MENA region where M&C Saatchi Performance started operations earlier in 2023.

Sharing her thoughts on her new promotion, Lavinea Morris said: “With over 6 years working in the business, I am honoured to take on the role of Managing Director EMEA. Throughout this journey, I’ve witnessed the dynamic evolution of our agency during both prosperous and challenging times, always with an unwavering commitment to prioritising client satisfaction.

Dane Buchanan – Chief Data & Analytics Officer

  • Dane Buchanan, formerly Global Director of Data, Analytics & Tech, has been promoted to Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Since joining the agency in 2021, Dane’s role has been instrumental in shaping our data and analytics capabilities developing innovative solutions for clients amidst the evolving landscape of digital advertising. In his new role, Dane will be at the forefront of our tech and product development, helping clients to navigate privacy changes, better attribute the success of their campaigns and drive efficiency through new tools leveraging AI and third party technology.

Dane Buchanan shared some thoughts on the agency going forward: “I’m excited to continue my journey with M&C Saatchi Performance in the role of Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Over the past 2 years, we have made huge progress in shaping our data and analytics capabilities enabling enhanced performance reporting and faster campaign optimisation.

As we move forward, our focus will be on guiding our clients through the intricacies of privacy changes and their impact on targeting and measurement. Alongside this, we will continue to develop our in-house tech solutions which harness the power of AI such as our upcoming creative analytics platform.

All newly appointed leaders will report directly to Kabeer Chaudhary, who assumed the role of CEO at M&C Saatchi Performance at the beginning of 2023. These changes mark a significant step forward for the agency, positioning it for continued success on a global scale.
