Krow and The Mission Group Named as Lead Creative Agency by Post Office

The creative team will be working to get Post Office appraisal in a broader space

Post Office has appointed a new lead creative agency.

The MISSION Group, led by creative agency krow, won the contract and will now be taking the lead on strategic, creative and production services associated with owned and paid advertising for Post Office. This will include work on social, digital, in-branch, customer experience, PR, web and email for the iconic service.

The account will be managed within ‘Cloak Lane’ – an SPV named after the site in the City of London of the first General Post Office in the UK in 1548. MISSION Agency, know will lead Cloak Lane whilst working alongside MISSION PR agency Speed to support the strategic, creative and production oversight of full-service campaigns and ‘always-on’ communications for the brand.

The appointment will see MISSION as Post Office’s creative and strategic partner to help drive reappraisal and consideration for the brand in a wider space, beyond the over-the-counter services that customers already associate with Post Office.
