Steve Bartlett’s Flight Story has just bought Mint Performance Marketing in Los Angeles. This is their first time setting up shop in the United States.

Steve Bartlett’s Flight Story has just bought Mint Performance Marketing in Los Angeles. This is their first time setting up shop in the United States.

The company was started by Daniel James, who used to be the boss of Social Chain US. Now, they’re changing the name to Flight Performance.

Flight Performance will help businesses with creative stuff, getting influencers to promote them, paid ads on social media, paid search, email, and text messages. They’ll be based in LA, but they also have offices in Manchester, the Philippines, and London.

Daniel, who used to work at Myspace and AOL, started Mint Performance Marketing in 2019. He was the boss of Social Chain’s US for 6 months from October 2022 to March 2023. He’ll keep leading the team at Flight Performance.

Daniel said: “I’m excited to work with Steven and Oliver to grow Flight Story in the UK and US. With Flight Performance, we’ll help brands grow their businesses profitably.”

Oliver Yonchev, the boss of Flight Story, is also excited about Daniel and his team joining them. He thinks this is a big step for the company and will help them work with businesses all over the world.

Flight Story also announced that Neil Gissler, who used to be a big boss at dentsu, will join them to help with their global growth. Steven Bartlett, who started Flight Story, said: “The world is changing fast, and we’re at the beginning of a lot of big changes. That’s why I started Flight Story – to help businesses take advantage of these changes. With our purchase of Mint Performance Marketing, we’re adding a team of talented people who understand how to use these changes to help brands achieve their marketing goals.”
