The event allowed industry professionals to hear insights into the importance of internal communications

Chester’s first B-Corp agency hosted a successful, exclusive, one-of-a-kind event this week.

Endorphin, which is the branded internal communications service by digital marketing agency Entyce Creative, hosted the event at Chester’s famous Storyhouse on Thursday 14 September. The service is aimed at people who work in internal communications or HR/Marketing Managers and the event provided guests with the opportunity to hear from an expert panel and network with likeminded individuals.

The live panel included Jane Entwistle, Director of Endorphin, Tom Smith, Internal Communications and Engagement Adviser at Oxfam and Dr. Sue Smith, a health and wellness professional coach and speaker. Each took time to speak, giving away valuable insights and case study takeaways on how internal communications can benefit businesses. Attendees also had the opportunity to take part in an interactive Q&A and ask the panel questions.

The event took place at the Storyhouse’s Garret Bar and was very well attended, with attendees enjoying breakfast refreshments and the opportunity to mingle with professionals. Registered guests included delegates from CBRE, Kellogg’s and Capita.

Endorphin Director, Jane Entwistle says: “More and more businesses are discovering the importance of internal communications and the positive impact it has on the workplace. We are so pleased to have the opportunity to host such a valuable event in Chester and to see so many businesses attend. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make it a success and to Storyhouse for having us, we look forward to the next one!”
