The team are celebrating two prestigious award nominations

A fully female-led agency has started awards season on a high, with two shortlist nominations for the European Agency Awards 2023.

eight&four shared the exiting news on LinkedIn with its followers, saying: “Thrilled to announce that eight&four has clinched not one, but two nominations at the prestigious European Agency Awards 2023! Our work with Genesis Motor Europe has landed us on the shortlist for Best Social Media Campaign, and we have also been nominated for Best Large Agency of the Year.”

The team have bagged nominations for the Best Social Media Campaign and the Best Large Agency categories at the European awards ceremony.

It’s an honour to have been shortlisted for both our client work and our agency’s culture and achievements, and we cannot wait to find out the results.

A campaign created for Genesis Europe landed them the nomination for Best Social Media Campaign after the team established the Korean brand in the European automative market. Working alongside 160 influencers and creators as part of an ongoing ‘Genesis Friends’ programme and creating cross-channel content, the team were able to generate full funnel results and garnered 2.7 billion social impressions and over 3,000 test drive bookings in six months.

The second nomination for Best Large Agency of the Year recognises the fully female-led agency and its company culture. A spokesperson for eight&four said: “Our agency culture is something we are especially proud of, having been named in Campaign’s Top 50 places to Work in Marketing, five years in a row.
