N21 wants to promote a culture of growth within its teams

A Newcastle based global performance group has accounted 13 promotions across its agencies.

N21 has accounted that the promotions have taken place across Global Affiliate & Partnership Marketing agency Silverbean and Content Performance & Digital PR agency NORTH. They include four senior promotions, including Nic Yates to Associate Director, Dominic Apes to Head of Marketing, Bee McNiven to General Manager and Katie Steward to Interim Head of Performance.

The group has always placed emphasis on nurturing talent from within the teams and creating a culture of growth. And this latest round of promotion reflects the group’s commitment to rewarding talent at all levels.

The newly promoted team members include:

  7. Anna Barry to Affiliate Marketing Manager – People Partner at Silverbean
  8. Abby Ward to Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager at Silverbean
  9. Mason Moorhouse to Affiliate Marketing Manager at Silverbean
  10. Isha Shah to Affiliate Marketing Manager at Silverbean
  11. Rachel Utting to CSR and Engagement Consultant at N21
  12. Thomas Brooks to People and Development Consultant at N21
  13. Jack Eckels to Graphic Designer at N21
