– and set your sights on what’s ahead.

150 other agency leaders and their senior teams long into the night.

We’re taking over The Ned’s events floor – where you’ll dine in the
Grand Tapestry Room, rubbing shoulders with your peers from 150
other successful agencies.
Sit down for a seasonal meal. Whatever your dietary requirements,
it will be extremely fancy and have lots of syllables.
After, you’ll enjoy a mixture of comedy and agency stories.
Enjoy a set from Rob Mayhew, with other surprises on the night.
Stay until late with drinking and dancing and laughter into the
early hours, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Q: What is the date and time of The Grand Affair?
The Grand Affair is on Friday 15th December 2023. We kick off at 6.30pm and we run until midnight. You can carry on longer if you have the stamina – The Ned goes on into the small hours.
Q: Where is The Grand Affair being held?
A: It’s happening at The Ned, which is a lovely grand venue near the Bank of England in Central London. It used to be the headquarters of The Midland Bank – now it’s a hotel and member’s club owned by Soho House Group.
Q: Who is eligible to attend The Grand Affair?
A: Anyone can attend – we’re positioning this as a chance for agency leaders and their senior teams to have a fun Christmas bash, without the hassle of organising one yourself.
Q: What is included in the ticket price?
A: Your ticket includes dinner, wine (or other drinks) and entertainment. There are also drinks on arrival, as well as drinks after the meal that are included. (At some point after the meal you will have to pay for drinks – but not right away.)
Q: Will there be any dietary options for the dinner?
A: Yes, all dietary options are catered for. We’ll be in touch nearer the time about this.
Q: What is the schedule of the event? When will the entertainment perform?
A: We’ll publish the full running order in October 2023.
Q: Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend after purchasing a ticket?
A: We can refund tickets up to 8 weeks before the event. After that, we can’t refund but you can always transfer to somebody else.
Q: Are there any hotels near The Ned that you’d recommend?
A: We have a special rate with The Ned – get in touch to enquire. Otherwise, there are loads of great hotels nearby.
