NEW BIZ CLINIC: How to Stop Chasing Leads, and Start Nurturing Them

- “Agency owners used to think about new business as lead generation. The classic line was, ‘Just get me in front of people and I’ll convert.’ Which was always bollocks – but it’s even more bollocks now.”
- Jeremy Davies has been in the new biz trenches for decades – and he’s watched agencies make the same mistake: treating the first meeting as the finish line. In this session, we’re focusing on lead nurturing – the stuff that happens after the first meeting.
- Jeremy will show you how to build a simple, structured process to stay in touch, stay relevant – and eventually close the work. If you’ve got leads that go quiet after a promising first chat, this session will help you turn warm conversations into real opportunities.


AI Working Group

- AI is moving fast. Blink, and the playbook changes. That’s why we’re starting a dedicated AI Working Group: a monthly session where agency leaders compare notes on how they’re actually using AI – in client work, internal processes, tailor-made tools, and everywhere in between.
- Each session, you’ll get together with your peers experimenting at the coalface of AI in agencies. Not consultants, not gurus, but people figuring it out just like you.

That’s why we’re starting a dedicated New Biz Working Group: a monthly session where agency leaders come together to swap strategies, pressure-test ideas, and talk honestly about what’s working – and what isn’t.
- Each session, you’ll join peers facing the same questions you are: How do we keep leads flowing? What channels really work? Where do we waste time? We’ll run breakouts, spotlight stories, and make sure you leave with at least one practical idea to test before the next meet-up.
