Role Overview

We are hiring a Membership Manager to ensure our members actively engage with Agency Hackers.

We want our member agencies and their teams to use as many features of the Agency Hackers membership as possible, so they get value from their membership. We want our members to have regular, thoughtful contact with Agency Hackers and the rest of the community.

So, we’re looking a Membership Manager who will closely monitor data on each of our member agencies, and take the necessary steps to make sure they play a full part in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Data Quality: Ensure that membership database is accurate and up-to-date. Conduct regular checks using sources like LinkedIn to keep track of key players within member agencies.
  • Spot Engagement Opportunities: Identify and promote activities and content relevant to members, such as coaching groups for founders or sessions for department heads (e.g., Head of Operations, Head of Client Services).
  • Conduct Regular Check-Ins with Leadership: Perform quarterly check-ins with members to discuss their business status and confidence levels, using these insights to contribute to our quarterly benchmarking report, Agency Forecast.
  • Be Visible in Our Community: Act as a primary point of contact within the community, participating in online and in-person events to gather feedback and foster member engagement.
  • Run Coaching Groups: Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of member coaching groups, ensuring they meet regularly and provide strategic support to each other.

Qualifications:

  • Confidence in having business-level conversations with people.
  • Organized and methodical, with strong data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and act on engagement opportunities.
  • Passion for building and maintaining community relationships.
  • Flexibility to travel to events and meetings as required.

What We Offer:

  • A key role in a small, friendly team with a clear mission.
  • Exciting events at venues like The Comedy Store, the Houses of Parliament, and our conference in Ibiza.
  • Competitive salary and remote working opportunities.
  • Chance to build contacts among some of the most senior media and marketing professionals in the UK.
