Revolution Celebrates 20 Years of Pioneering Growth and Innovation

The agency has hit a huge milestone and has been celebrating with staff across the country

A Newcastle based agency is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.

Revolution, a leading Revenue Growth Specialist has been helping clients to accelerate growth through impactful digital transformation and demand generation solutions for two decades now. Founded in 2003 by Gill Burgess, who also takes the role of Head of People, the North East agency has worked hard to build a team of talented and commitment experts over the years.

Gill has showcased her relentless drive over the years and her vision to diversify and adapt has paved the way for the company’s evolution. She said: “When I founded Revolution, it was with the belief that we could reshape the narrative of marketing and PR.. Witnessing our evolution and the success stories we’ve been a part of has been both humbling and invigorating. Here’s to many more years of growth and innovation!”

The celebration of Revolution’s 20th anniversary started last week, with the team gathering at the Gateshead office before heading to Manchester. The day was filled with team-building activities and Oktoberfest celebrations. The following day, Friday 22 September, was given as a holiday to the company, allowing the team to fully immerse in and enjoy the festivities.

Stepping into its third decade, Revolution aims to expand into new markets and launch innovative products to help transform its clients’ businesses. Through their commitment to unlocking growth blockers and embedding highly effective digital transformation and demand generation strategies, it’s clear that Revolution has no plans to slow the pace.
