The client win is the latest for the B Corp-certified PR company, the partnership  marks a significant step change for the agency and the first traditional sports equipment brand to join its growing roster.

Its chic Play-Style range can be converted into dining or garden furniture and  joins an established Ping-Pong range of traditional tables for amateur and pro  players to organisations and the hospitality sector. The brand also offers  all-weather foosball and pool tables for indoors or outdoors.

Little Red Rooster will be supporting Cornilleau’s newly launched UK  subsidiary to raise the profile of both the brand and table tennis in  Britain, with a brief spanning B2C and B2B PR. The agency will be  responsible for driving D2C interest and securing press coverage for its  product line-up.

The Cornilleau account will be led by senior account manager James Day with support from reviews executive, Yannick Ondoa and oversight from the agency’s senior associate director, Clare Newsome. The brief also draws on Little Red Rooster’s lifestyle and design strengths, with additional  support from senior account manager Katie Hing and senior account executive Megan Sweby.

Working with Cornilleau is a hugely exciting prospect for Little Red  Rooster

Clare Newsome

“When we first met James and the team, we were energised by the enthusiasm  the agency had for table tennis as a sport and our new Play-Style products. More than anything we want to expand the popularity of table tennis in the  UK with Cornilleau at the core.

We have several exciting events happening this year to galvanise interest,  not least Paris 2024, and we know Little Red Rooster’s track record for  delivering coverage across multiple media verticals will help propel us  forward as a brand,” commented Darren Mason, UK managing director.

Little Red Rooster senior associate director, Clare Newsome said:  “Working with Cornilleau is a hugely exciting prospect for Little Red Rooster. It’s a perfect fit for the increased focus on wellbeing, fitness  and fun from many of our key press and influencer contacts – including  national and lifestyle titles plus technology and specialist media and  content creators.

  • “Cornilleau offers something fresh and exciting – its Ping-Pong range is  highly respected in the table tennis world, while its Play-Style range  represents an innovative twist on home design. We cannot wait to secure the  brand the coverage it deserves.”

While Cornilleau is the first sports equipment brand to join Little Red  Rooster’s client base, the agency is no stranger to delivering outstanding  results in the health and fitness category – whether that’s smashing  launches for adidas headphones and eyewear; walking and riding hits for  Ariat; MyZone fitness tracking or Smeg’s personal blender launch.

Cornilleau joins a vibrant range of Little Red Rooster clients, including  Hush Puppies, Marshall, Smeg, Loewe, Focal and Silhouette.
