Specialist B2B marketing agency Lesniak Swann has been named one of the top ten UK agencies to work for.
Beating off competition from some of the UK’s biggest agencies to rank high in a prestigious study to find the best workplaces in the marketing industry – the Stoke-on-Trent based team finished seventh across all UK agencies and in the top five for boutique agencies.
Run by Campaign magazine, Best Places to Work 2024 involved a demanding two-stage assessment, which consisted of submitting information about benefits, policies and practices, with staff then also completing a confidential questionnaire on their workplace’s culture.
This meant that Lesniak Swann needed to not only impress the judges but also receive positive feedback from employees too.
