A Leeds headquartered digital performance agency have kicked started its fifth year of business with a senior team shuffle.
connective3 was launched in October 2019 and in those four years has grown to a team of 100. And to start the new year strong, a number of new hire and promotions have been welcomed to help the agency achieve even bigger growth.
On the Paid Media side of the business, the agency have taken on Hazel Owens as Head of PPC and Willliam Brittain as Head of Paid Social. They are joined by Jordan Brown in the role of Media Client Strategist, who joins from his previous role as Head of Digital at Safestyle.
On the organic side they have welcomed Ben Barker as Group Head of Organic. Formerly Head of Performance Marketing at CAVU, Ben brings with him a wealth of experience within the search space.

Tim Grice CEO had the following to say about the new hires: “Since we established the business at the end of 2019 we have had a goal to add A-Team talent to every area of the business. Finally, Andrew Moody will join the senior management team and take on the role of Operations Director, CEO Tim Grice had the following to say on the promotion: “Andy joined the business three years ago and immediately made an impact to not only our clients but the way we work internally.
“His understanding of our offering and his ability to shape teams makes him the perfect person to take our operations forward and shape ways of working in the agency.”
connective3 have offices across Leeds, London and Manchester with a headcount of 100 across all three locations. Their client base covers a variety of different brands including Ocado and Wren Kitchens.
