Circus PPC Agency Named ‘Best Place To Work’

Circus PPC has been listed in the annual list of best places to work by The Sunday Times.

The specialist PPC agency was listed alongside other small organisations, where their recent investments in creating an even better company culture were shared.

One of the biggest changes recently introduced to the business is an extensive family leave package, available to all employees regardless of gender and parental role, and was developed with the help of HR specialists, Access HR.

Other factors that helped the agency achieve ‘best place to work’ status included private healthcare, regular social events, a company-wide bonus scheme, and bi-annual professional development meetings.
