An award winning digital marketing agency has announced 13 new hires as part of its rapid growth this year.
Bring Digital is bolstering its ranks in five key departments to support its growing client base. The new hires will be joining teams in SEO, Paid Media, Paid Social, Localisation Services, and the agency’s newest proposition, Digital Strategic Services.
Notable additions to Bring Digital’s team roster include:
- Siobhan Congreve – Associate Director of Content and Digital PR. She joins the business with over a decade of experience in content and SEO.
- Oliver Lees – Strategy Director. He joins Bring Digital from its sister agency, Space 48 and will lend his expertise to growing Bring Digital’s new Strategy function.

Justin Young, Bring Digital’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “The launch of our new proposition supports our continued investment into digital consultancy and strategic services. It allows us to provide our clients with sophisticated data and analytical solutions as well as market intelligence, in order to solve the increasingly complex challenges eCommerce brands face today.
“With Oliver and the rest of the team aboard, we have the expertise to make this a market-leading solution.”
The slew of new hires follows a series of big wins for Bring Digital. The agency was recently named both Large Digital Agency of the Year and Large SEO Agency of the Year at the 2023 UK Agency Awards and secured four new client wins in the last month alone.
It also follows a major summer acquisition, when Bring Digital became part of the Dark Matter Commerce group.
Justin continued: “Our integration into Dark Matter Commerce has been a real success story. It will continue to support our ambitious plans for 2024 and beyond.
“We can’t wait to welcome our new starters and continue our journey providing innovation, results and value to our client partners.”
