Agent Announces New Managing Director

Agent has announced its new Managing Director.

Jeanette Gill has been promoted from Operations Director to MD after playing a pivotal role in the agency’s year-on-year growth over the past 11 years. She will be working alongside Agent’s CEO and Founder, Paul Corcoran, to co-develop and roll-out the firm’s new business plan.

As Agent approaches its 18^th anniversary, Jeanette’s core focus will be ensuring the agency continues to attract and retain the best talent, whilst reflecting the needs of clients and sectors that align with its ‘good growth’ ethos.

The promotion comes at a crucial time, as Jeanette spearheads the organisation’s journey towards B Corp certification, cementing Agent’s ongoing dedication to being a socially responsible and environmentally conscious business.

Jeanette will continue to serve as a director of Agent’s award-winning social enterprise, Agent Academy, showcasing her commitment to attracting diverse talent into the industry.
