The Miami Super Summit is a two-day leadership event for independent agencies, run by Agency Hackers and The Bureau. It's built for serious, growing, independently owned agencies, the ones in the messy middle that are past the start-up stage but aren't part of a holding company.
The Miami Super Summit is for ambitious founders who want to trade stories, get inspired, and meet others building real businesses with heart, hustle and humour.

We begin our Miami experience with an exclusive welcome cocktail reception in South Beach.
Set atop a stylish rooftop bar with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the glowing city skyline. Guests will enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, relaxed luxury, and the unmistakable energy of a South Beach evening.
As the sun sets and the city lights rise, it’s a golden opportunity to meet other agency leaders before the conference begins, in a high-end, low-pressure environment.
Conference Day 1 🐬
Thursday 8th April 2027
Day One of the conference opens with headline talks and insights from agencies growing on the global stage. Previously we've welcomed icons like Rory Sutherland and Daniel Gilbert.
The morning keynotes spark ideas, while the afternoons shift into curated breakouts and workshops with more inspiring stories, deeper collaboration, and practical sessions tailored to agency growth.
Throughout it all, founders and leaders get to know each other not just through business, but through shared experiences, honest conversation – and possibly even a bit of British humour.
Conference Day 2 🌴
Friday 9th April 2027
Day Two opens with more talks from leading voices. Previously we've welcomed speakers like Carrie Rose, Founder of Rise at Seven, and Blair Enns, author of The Win Without Pitching Manifesto.
The second half of the day shifts into focused workshops and strategic planning sessions. This is where you’ll go deeper – mapping real actions based on everything you’ve soaked up.
You’ll collaborate with other agency leaders, guided by facilitators who’ll help you clarify growth priorities, shape strategies tailored to your agency’s stage, and build out 90-day action plans to bring your momentum home.

Agency Hackers is a community for independent agency leaders, running events, peer groups and content to help agencies grow and run better businesses. It runs the Ibiza Super Summit and events across the UK, Europe and the US.
Founded by Ian Harris, it brings together thousands of agency owners and senior leaders through conferences, peer groups, podcasts and newsletters. The focus is practical: real stories from people running agencies, about what's working, what isn't, and how to build a better business.

The Bureau is a community for agency owners and leaders, founded by Carl Smith, built around honest peer conversations, events and support for running an agency.
