We know that too many agency conferences are bloated, boring, or stuck in the past. They’re either geared toward holding company giants or micro-agencies trying to get off the ground.

But what about the serious, growing, independently owned agencies – the ones in

the messy middle?

The Miami Super Summit is for ambitious founders who want to trade stories, get inspired, and meet others building real businesses with heart, hustle and humour.

It’s an excuse to get out of the office, buy something linen, and head down to Miami – where you can mix business with sunshine, ambition with Aperols, and come home with ideas (and a tan) that actually last.

Day One of the conference kicks off with headline talks from icons like Rory Sutherland and Daniel Gilbert – as well as insights from trailblazing US agencies making waves globally.

The morning keynotes spark ideas, while the afternoons shift into curated breakouts and workshops with more inspiring stories, deeper collaboration, and practical sessions tailored to agency growth.

Throughout it all, founders and leaders get to know each other not just through business, but through shared experiences, honest conversation – and possibly even a bit of British humour.

Carrie Rose – Founder of Rise at Seven, known for reshaping how brands approach earned media with a fierce creative edge.
Blair Enns – Author of The Win Without Pitching Manifesto, returning to challenge how you sell, position, and price your expertise.

The second half of the day shifts into focused workshops and strategic planning sessions. This is where you’ll go deeper – mapping real actions based on everything you’ve soaked up.

You’ll collaborate with other agency leaders, guided by facilitators who’ll help you clarify growth priorities, shape strategies tailored to your agency’s stage, and build out 90-day action plans to bring your momentum home.

Do I need to be an Agency Hackers member to attend?

No – anyone running or leading an agency is welcome. Members usually get discounted tickets, but you don’t have to be a member to join us.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! If you can’t make it, you can transfer your ticket to another person in your agency – or another agency leader – at any time. Just let us know who’s coming in your place.

What’s your refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to another event or colleague if you give us notice.

Do you offer group discounts?

Sometimes – especially if you’re bringing your team. Drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Are the sessions recorded?

Currently, we don’t record the content. The reason is, people often share confidential matters they don’t want to leave the room.

Is there a dress code?

We’re a relaxed crowd. Think “smart casual” or “agency chic”. Just wear whatever you feel comfortable in when you meet new people.
