The conference is at Ibiza Gran Hotel in Ibiza Town, so anywhere in Ibiza Town or around the marina puts you within walking distance, and there are options at every price point nearby. We suggest you arrive on Tuesday 22nd in time for the welcome drinks that evening – it's the best way to start the week. The conference runs Wednesday and Thursday, wrapping up around 6pm on Thursday. Most people fly home on Friday (not too early though - Thursday can be a big night) and plenty stay on for a weekend in the sun.

Two full days of the conference at Ibiza Gran Hotel, all conference catering, the Tuesday welcome drinks with an open bar, and the Thursday closing party with food and an open bar. You also get the full social programme: dinner groups, morning activities, and the evening WhatsApp groups. Flights and accommodation are not included.

Partners (the romantic kind) are very welcome to join you in Ibiza and be part of the social side of the week. The conference itself, the dinner groups and the welcome drinks are for ticket holders only. It may be possible to add a partner to the closing party for an extra cost – drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

Yes! In fact, most people come solo. We put everyone into dinner groups so you're never left wondering who to eat with, and between the morning activities and the welcome drinks you'll have familiar faces everywhere by day one.

Absolutely. Ibiza Super Summit isn't a booze cruise. There's a dedicated group for wholesome, low-alcohol plans, and plenty of attendees keep it clean all week. You'll be in good company.

Only if you want to! There's a WhatsApp group for people who fancy a big night out at one of the island's famous clubs, and an equally lively crowd doing dinner, sunset walks and early nights. Both are great. Nobody's keeping score.

No. This question actually comes up a lot! The average attendee is in their mid-to-late 40s: agency owners who've been running things for a decade or two, not fresh-faced founders live-streaming their morning routine. But people also attend in their 50s and 60s. If you're picturing a room full of 22-year-olds, you can relax. (And if you are 22, don't worry, you'll be looked after too!)

Lovely! Late September in Ibiza usually means mid-to-high 20s, sunshine, and a sea that's still warm enough for swimming. No guarantees, but pack for summer, plus one layer for the evenings.

No – your ticket covers the conference itself, and you book your own flights and hotel. This keeps the ticket price down and lets you stay somewhere that suits your budget and style, whether that's a five-star suite or a cheap and cheerful apartment. Fly into Ibiza Airport (IBZ) – it's about 15 minutes from the venue by taxi.
