Ibiza Super Summit

Hey – why did we create the Ibiza Super Summit? (I know you didn’t ask, but it’s a good way to start some intro copy.)

Well, as an agency leader you spend all year in the trenches. You’re chasing clients, growing teams, solving problems. This conference is your reward and your reset.

For two days and three nights, we bring together the brightest agency minds to trade stories, share breakthroughs, and challenge each other to think bigger.

One thing I notice is that people very often leave the island with bold plans they would never have made if they hadn’t joined us. We’re also quite proud that there are no egos and no posturing – just honest conversations and the

kind of energy that only happens when you mix sunshine, strategy, and 200 ambitious agency founders.

We’ve been running this now for four years, and we know this is not an event for everybody. It’s a business conference, spiritual retreat and the a party all mixed into one.
