Event Manifesto

Event curated by:

“Agencies are like sharks,” an agency mentor said. “If they stop moving and adapting, they die.”

Right now, a lot of agencies feel like they’re swimming hard and getting nowhere. Constantly in motion, juggling pitches, projects, and people – but not necessarily moving forward in the way they’d hoped.

Everyone’s busy. An agency leader told me that she’s always firefighting: “I have no nice, pleasant drives anymore. It’s always filled with potholes.”

She’d been stretched across too many roles, unable to fully step back and look at the full picture of the agency.

Another Founder said: “I feel stuck in these repetitive, unfulfilling operational work. I’m too stuck in the weeds, to focus on strategic growth.”

I discussed this problem with an agency mentor. “The biggest issue is often you as the Founder.” He said. “They’re doing the same thing, year after year, but you’re doing nothing about it.”

At the Agency Growth Summit, we’ll give you the perspective you need for scaling and/or exit. We’ll discuss:

  • How do you grow profitably when the pressure is increasing?
  • How do you move from “firefighter to founder” without everything falling apart?
  • How do you make your agency more attractive to acquisition?

Because staying alive as an agency isn’t just about constant motion.

It’s about knowing when to change direction, when to go deeper, and when to let go of what’s holding you in place.

Half conference, half conversation

Hear what's working – then talk through how to apply it.

People engaging in lively discussions at a conference room with tables, laptops, and a large screen in the background.
Agency Hackers Pipeline Hilton

Agency Growth Summit is a full day conference where you speak to other agency leaders almost as much as you listen

1) Inspiring talks. From the stage you’ll hear agency leaders share revealing case studies on how they’re growing their agencies.

2) Valuable conversations. But then you’ll turn to the people sat at your table and get into it – how do you apply all this to your agency?

3) Multiple perspectives. Throughout the day you’ll move tables and join new conversations – meeting agency leaders who are tackling the same challenges from different angles.

☝️ The mix of curated conversations and inspiring prepared talks will mean that all kinds of puzzle pieces fall into place

Do I need to be an Agency Hackers member to attend?

No – anyone running or leading an agency is welcome. Members usually get discounted tickets, but you don’t have to be a member to join us.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! If you can’t make it, you can transfer your ticket to another person in your agency – or another agency leader – at any time. Just let us know who’s coming in your place.

What’s your refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to another event or colleague if you give us notice.

Do you offer group discounts?

Sometimes – especially if you’re bringing your team. Drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Are the sessions recorded?

Currently, we don't record the content. The reason is, people often share confidential matters they don't want to leave the room.

Is there a dress code?

We’re a relaxed crowd. Think “smart casual” or “agency chic”. Just wear whatever you feel comfortable in when you meet new people.
