The pair will be championing growth at the independent agency

Independent marketing agency Boutique has created a new senior leadership team to champion growth and drive channel expertise.

The new double appointment includes Ant Kenny as head of digital and Abby White as head of PR, who’ll join Boutique’s head of media, Steph Feather who has been with the agency for over seven years.

  • Boutique’s had a fantastic year, expanding and cementing its position as leaders in the home-interest sector, delivering best-in-class results across TV, digital and traditional marketing channels.

Ant has significant experience in managing diverse client portfolios and broader digital performance tactics, while adapting strategies to different market segments, working with clients like Ladbrokes, Gala Bingo and YHA. He joins from Enjoy Digital where he headed up the organic performance department, and prior to this, he was head of SEO strategy at Epiphany.

Abby is a seasoned earned media strategist, leading and implementing integrated earned media strategies for some of the biggest brands in the UK, including Asda, Tesco and Dulux. Abby was previously head of PR and communications at 26, and group account director at Finn prior to that.

This is an incredibly exciting time for the business – having benefited from the boom in home interest over the past three years, we’ve made some strategic hires to pause and power up our next phase of agency expansion

As head of digital, Ant’s role will blend strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations. He’ll spearhead the growth of Boutique’s digital department, not just scaling the team and capabilities, but ensuring consistent delivery of digital marketing solutions with tangible results for clients.

Abby’s insatiable appetite for growth and driving positive brand reputation through multi-channel storytelling will bring a new layer of experience to Boutique’s PR team. Her role will focus on developing the proposition and strengthening industry expertise, looking for ways to build and grow what’s already a highly successful team.

Ant commented: “My interest in Boutique has been long-standing, stemming from its reputation as a company with a vibrant and positive culture.

  • “I have always sought a role where I could feel at home, contributing significantly to the company’s success while also achieving my personal and professional goals – Boutique’s mantra, ‘you grow, we grow,’ perfectly encapsulates this.

“For me, this position is not just about managing day-to-day tasks or overseeing digital strategies; it’s about leaving a lasting imprint on the agency.”

Abby added: “Boutique has an incredible energy and buzz about it. You can feel the passion and possibility when you’re around the team and they all have a genuine love for our clients. I’m looking forward to starting 2024 with a bang, our achievements in this category keep going from strength to strength and I’m keen to explore how we can move this into new, but similar industries.”

Simon Bollon, founder of Boutique said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for the business – having benefited from the boom in home interest over the past three years, we’ve made some strategic hires to pause and power up our next phase of agency expansion. Ant and Abby are powerhouses in their channel niches while bringing a breadth of marketing and client expertise. We’re delighted to have them on board.”
