ABOUT THE EVENT

Who are the future leaders of your agency?

You can set them up for success with the Agency Leadership Programme – a unique development programme and support group for people who are on a leadership journey.


The Agency Leadership Programme is designed so that participants can learn to develop their own style of leadership, build their confidence and resilience, and feel part of a community of up-and-coming agency leaders. It takes place face-to-face once a quarter, and online each month. There’s also a 24/7 WhatsApp community for peer-to-peer help and support.

The Agency Leadership Programme could be for you, if you can answer yes to some of these questions:

  1. Do you have a bench of people you are consciously preparing to ‘step up’ to lead your agency, or at least a part of it?
  2. Are you keen for your senior team to become more resilient and gain leadership skills that are difficult to teach them yourself?
  3. Have you tried other training and it hasn’t been quite right – either because it hasn’t been aimed at agencies, or the tone hasn’t resonated?
  4. Do you want to give your rising stars access to a network of others who are on a similar path?

what we Cover

The programme takes a linear, progressive structure 
throughout the year:

Quarter 1: Foundation 

These first few sessions will tackle leadership skills on an individual level – it’s important to work on yourself before managing others effectively.

Quarter 2: Growth 

The next step is managing other people, focusing on a slightly more individual level to begin with.

Now we can move onto managing teams more specifically.

What can you expect from our live events?

We created the Agency Leadership Programme for those who are in the process of stepping up into leadership – but it’s not all about learning and growing. It’s just as important to get together with likeminded people in the same shoes as you.


If you fancy sharing the ups and downs of stepping into leadership confidentially, then this is the place for you! With a mix of expert speakers, interactive sessions and networking, this is the perfect place to get to grips with your leadership journey and realise you’re not alone 😎

Who is this for?

We start the event at 9.30am, so try to arrive by 9.15am.

The day’s format is pretty simple: you will spend some time hearing from guests with interesting stories that you can learn from, and you will also spend some time in small groups discussing your journey with like-minded agency leaders.

The event is hosted by an Agency Hackers facilitator who makes sure that everybody with something interesting to say gets heard. (We poll attendees before the event, so we know who to ‘pick on’ on the day.)

We will serve tea, coffee and sweet things to keep you going, but please eat a sandwich before you arrive. The schedule doesn’t leave us time to serve lunch, unfortunately.

Can I send more than one person from 
my team?

We start the event at 9.30am, so try to arrive by 9.15am.
