Agency Leadership Programme

Who are the future leaders of your agency? 🌟
You can set them up for success with the Agency Leadership Programme – a unique development programme and support group for people who are on a leadership journey.
The Agency Leadership Programme is designed so that participants can learn to develop their own style of leadership, build their confidence and resilience, and feel part of a community of up-and-coming agency leaders.
It takes place face-to-face once a quarter, and online each month. There’s also a 24/7 WhatsApp community for peer-to-peer help and support. Throughout the year, you’ll also be part of your own pod, who you’ll get to know better and meet up with at each live workshop.

Is this for me and my agency?
The Agency Leadership Programme could be for you, if you can answer yes to some of these questions:
- Do you have a bench of people you are consciously preparing to ‘step up’ to lead your agency, or at least a part of it?
- Are you keen for your senior team to become more resilient and gain leadership skills that are difficult to teach them yourself?
- Have you tried other training and it hasn’t been quite right – either because it hasn’t been aimed at agencies, or the tone hasn’t resonated?
- Do you want to give your rising stars access to a network of others who are on a similar path?
what to expect
What do I get on the programme?
Throughout the programme, we’ll cover topics and key issues that are fundamental to a strong and successful leadership journey. This will take the form of:
- 🌳 In-person Growth Days. A mix of short masterclasses and small “pod” groups where participants can talk through real challenges and get practical advice they can put into action immediately.
- 🛠️ Monthly online toolkit sessions. Short, focused sessions on the essentials — giving feedback, running meetings, managing workload, having difficult conversations — all backed by templates and how-tos.
- 🤝 Peer pods. Small groups matched by role or level, so they build consistency and meaningful peer support across the industry.
- 💼 A toolkit hub. Templates, cheat sheets and recordings they can revisit and apply in their work.

When does the cohort meet?
We’re launching our next cohort of the leadership programme in February 2026.
The year will consist of several online Toolkit workshops, once a month, as well as four in-person Growth Days, which will also give you the chance to meet the rest of the cohort in person.
