Like many others, Lee Cross decided it was time to ‘productise’ his agency’s consultancy services.
They packaged everything up, so it was easier to deliver and simpler to buy – but Lee then went one step further to let clients LICENCE their service.
Clients now have a process they can run themselves after a bit of training and handholding, and Lee has a true product he can sell without even getting involved with delivery.
