AI is rapidly transforming the agency landscape, reshaping how teams operate, create, and deliver value to clients.Â
But as automation accelerates, how can agency leaders and teams stay ahead, adapt, and integrate AI in a way that actually works?
Ryan McKenna and Chris Scott have been at the forefront of AI adoption at Revere, embedding automation into the agency’s day-to-day operations – from delivery and compliance to personal development. They have helped their team embrace automation, upskill efficiently, and use AI to enhance – not replace – human creativity.
“AI is fundamental to everything we do,” Chris says. “We are giving our team the confidence and the assurance that AI is an enabler for us, not a replacement.”
In this session, Ryan and Chris will cover:
- How agencies can get up to speed with AI and automation. “We put the structures in place to allow the team to create a few custom GPTs. That helped people get used to using it as part of their daily routine.” This was everything from executing specific micro-tasks, to summarising transcripts, and even interrogating spreadsheets.
- How to support teams in their AI learning journey. “There’s been an additional focus this year in making sure that everyone has an AI element within their personal development plans, backed up by training and education.”
- The role of AI in balancing efficiency and creativity. “It’s not all about cost saving, it’s about impact for clients and being as efficient as possible internally and investing more of our time for our clients into the bigger picture pieces.”
- The systems behind Revere’s successful AI adoption. From a dedicated AI Mission Group to internal use policies and tool vetting processes, Revere has built a structured, scalable approach to AI adoption that empowers the team, while also avoiding overwhelming.
All this work has not only made day-to-day delivery more efficient, but it has also led to a series of industry awards, including one for a bespoke client solution powered by AI. The result? A team that’s confident, curious, and equipped for the future.
As Ryan says: “AI is a technology – but it’s only as good as the people using it.”
Join this session to explore the real operational impact of AI in agencies – and how to build a future-ready team that knows how to use it wisely.
